Last year I was C3A and ipf was 4.58 …but got B.. boss here mostly A bands blocked for higher management

Got B for 4.17 and 4.22
Got C on 4.12 Got highest band on lowest IPF so far IPF sucks , there is no linkage between IPF and Bands
