What was your first ever salary and how did you spend it?

Mine was 8800 rupees cash from working as an assistant at the Chemistry Lab at my Uni for 4 months.

Gave the entire thing to Mom. Still remember her proud and happy reaction like it was yesterday :)

Donated the 10k to an NGO.

42000 rupees from my first job. Surprised Mom with a new cutlery set. Donated 5k to a cat shelter. Gave the rest of the cash to Mom.
