Trending @Cognizant; What was this cognizant celebration for? For giving 1% hike? Or for laying off thousands of employees?

It was the celebration for the top management and a mockery for other employees.

LinkedIn posts are for show off. All these big leaders are there and connected to each other. They have to paint a rosy picture to the world. But juniors who lick a** of bosses post these stories to get noticed.
