I personally haven’t quit from any of my previous jobs. I was laid off but that was for my own good to be honest.

6 day work week, take a holiday on sat and Monday, then Sunday is counted as an extra day off. Long work hours - starts at 8am, and a good day ends at 630pm.
Clerical work, industry big in value but limited number of companies due to high investment requirements so job change was difficult, Stayed there for 5 years, because the boss was good. He was a tough but fair guy.
