(prev startup) Offsite events getting cancelled. That's what happened in my prev startup. Just when you see the point where the executives run away from questions. :)

ummm. the company not having new projects if they are service based

- Dr/Sr Dr level people leaving from multiple teams in a short span

HR chaps moving in office

Projects getting paused and focus on documentation is more. Prioritisation and importance of each work is scrutinized in detail.
Teams with less work will be asked to be merged with others to get KT and hang of things
