What type of app will solve your mental health, and emotional well-being.

Just asking. If you have better suggestions let me know. Not gonna build an app just want to know needs of people not getting met i know relationships is the one people are lonely but i can't solve it as i can't find a gf for myself. But still if anything is there that can make or help or mental health and emotional well-being then why not.

Make an app which makes you have an accountability buddy - you want to start exercising, solving problems for exams, studying and practicing religion, and more? One of the main barriers is not having an accountability partner which you can connect with.

It should be strictly no dating and fuss, and should have a filter so people can match according to their tastes. And must use Aadhaar authentication to verify profiles, and track progress and activity in a privacy conscious way, ensuring it remains a safe space yet doesn't feel you are doing encroachment.

There are forums to vent. Therapists are there to chat. Good friends for both if they have time. On the other hand, the following I see are usually scattered all around in social media/forums or YouTube videos. An AI that could consolidate and provide accurate help using such data would be a useful tool. You might need a psychologist as a consultant for dealing with specialised data and it can be expensive to do.

  1. Perspectives of the other party involved in a conflict.
  2. Reality, acceptance, alternative paths and availability of options, moving on, etc.
  3. Communication, psychological techniques (not just superficial techniques which are easy to find on the internet) to deal with issues.
