Trending @Cognizant; What to write in experience letter request Responsibilities section

I am PA and completed 2 years in cognizant aging also going on. I was just tagged in my previous project with no work assigned. Currently I am in bench and wanted to download my experience letter, while raising request in e-letters we have to write something in reaponsibilities to proceed. Please help what to do in my case.
