Trending @Cognizant; What to learn to move AI

Hello colleagues, I'm from a BPS industry and working with CTS last 6 years hold commerce degree, now want to secure my job with AI. In office townhall some gossip starts how AI will impact on jobs in upcoming years or on the service industry. I need to learn new things to survive with this sector, I know that I am not working with the technology skills set, but now I want to secure my career. So can anyone suggest? what to learn a skill set for non techie for future aspects.
