What to learn to get job in MAANG

Hi 👋

I am beginner at development i have interest in web development is there any thing(course or roadmap ) to get into maang. Or a web developer can't go to maang.

Some points 1 I don't know DSA just basic like sort algo bubble aglo preety much basic stuff 2 Nor very good in math 3 and pretty much a complete beginner.

Is there any hope for me or should i just work in a small firm 🤔 😅
