What to expect for C3B and above .. I feel no hike this year..
They could have just released papers till C3A like last year and later released for C3B in next month or quarter. But they made announcement saying revision for 80% of employees till C3A did not give any expectations that will be given later etc.. don't know they will do the mass layoff and release end of year or skip for next year.. feeling lost ...
Wait and see if they do it in near future :-) meanwhile manage not to be released from project if the situation is so.

Is 80% of tcs is c3a? if so, the HR head should be sacked with immediate effect. what happened with the pyramid str? why did HR raise alarm and take steps in time ... the present HR it seems understands nothing.about HR functions, etc .. probably from LND (read as L*ND) background... as all.his time he was busy chasing to complete WiNGS programs that had no element of AI learning in it!... He could not see the elephant coming! ... he should not only lose job, but be paid nothing in full and final settlement as he spoilt the most profitable IT company with losses...making people lose their job.
C3A will get the same hikes as previous years, expect no extra. The hikes are so awlful, that one does not even look at it! No one is discussing about it either. It is only the CEO his drum, and doing chest thumping.
