What to do with Axis Atlas Edge Miles?

I have about 15000 edge miles on Atlas, and would earn maybe another 5k before the card's first anniversary. If you had this and wanted to spend it, where and how would you spend it? Or would you just save it and use it before the 3 year expiry?
