What to do when alone? I seriously don't have a clue
Im not good with people nor am I interested in hanging out with them. That leaves me a lot of time by myself but I don't know what to do...
All I do is go to the gym, read books at home, cook and that's it ..till I get my job and spend my weekends sleeping..
I have a sedentary lifestyle because I just don't know what people can do by themselves when they are outside, I'm a minimalist so shopping is not what I want to fill my time ,which is what I've seen most girls doing around me.

Are you a single child? Coz M one and m very socially awkward

I'm also single child. And I'm very extrovert and not that socially awkward. But the moment I'm done socializing I feel so drained and I don't even want to move my jaw. I don't want to even see people. Have them near me 😂 and that made me realize that I am just good at acting like I'm an extrovert

I'm not a single child nor am I socially awkward,it's just that people are very disappointing... I also end up with the company of really bad humans and I need a break

Try hobby groups on meetup.com, insta, etc.?

The whole point of the post is to find out what people do alone

This may sound weird but i observe my behaviour, how we react at what condition… see some videos on youtube regarding human body and all… apart from that upskilling , opting a course and all…

That's so true.... I do that as well. Self introspection. A lot of times I also ask myself why did I get angry at this thing. Why did it trigger me and try to find the root cause and then work on it. Because a lot of times what someone said to you is harmless but because of your past you get triggered and feel attacked

@uNeverKnow , @I_am_Happy basically you guys are debugging yourself.

Recently this thought has come across my mind that spending time alone is a skill everyone should master, because eventually all of us have to stay alone now or later. Even if you get married and after a long happy married life if your spouse dies before you, you will be alone again.
Anyways coming to your question, staying alone is not that difficult for me since i have this habit of practicing multiple hobbies. Gym, solo riding, martial arts, books, content creation, solo travel, building apps for myself, reading about history, polity, law, medicine etc. I am a software engineer and don't have a lot of free time and i love my job. But still I manage to practice all of the above stuff and i do them all by myself.
Few recommendations from my end :
- Read about finance and investment if you haven't- Basic knowledge is crucial and you will thank me later.
- Martial arts - Pick up any one form. Practice it along with gym. You can also pick up any weapon training like sticks or sword or knife. Time flies like anything once you get into the flow, mark my words.
- Content creation - Chose any topic. Start uploading reels. Use Edits AI app. No need to show face. Its addictive and you might start a secondary source of income.

The investment thing is interesting, thanks for the suggestion

Solo travel in india. Thats it. Thats the answer.

Let's start together

Solo travelling,I wish.. honestly it's way out of my comfort zone

This might seem strange. I go for food delivery when I have nothing else to do. I love riding scooter.

Ayo, really?????

Yeah 😂
