What to do � Thinking to switch.
Joined a PBC 4 months ago as fresher, another girl with 5 YEO joined the same team in same timeframe. But she doesn't know how to do anything! I have to solve most of her oncall tasks because idk my manager cares about her 🙂! She doesn't understand or remember the same thing which I have already told her about 5 times! I am totally frustrated 😞.
Probably fake exp peoples. There should be proper BG verification. Just because of such fake experience people, companies are losing their charm and development. Also due to such fakers real genuine smart dev doesn't get what they actually deserve.
Anytime she asks doubt, dodge her. Say you dont know or say I am busy right now..will get back later. Or ask her to ask the manager.
I don't know what is pbc, but if you feel like that you can switch teams or be clear about this to manager. Be firm and honest
