Trending @Infosys; What to do?? please help..
I had joined Infy in August as a java developer with 3 year experience. In same month I got project and in client interview client told me your java experience will not work here and there will be no coding related work . After listening this I followed up my manager and he constantly told me there is nothing like that you will get work . After my 4-5 Kt session I came to knew actually there is no coding related work and then u told my manager to release me he constantly goes on manipulating me to stay in this project and his words or whatever he is promising is contradicting.
Then finally told me I can’t release you like that under me Theerth are these kind of projects available. I will talk with my manager for Dev project so after 2 weeks I was interviewed and clear that tech round and they told me client interview will happen but after a week when i messaged that team s manager he told that requirement is on hold . What should i will do ? I was tagged in this project till 28 dec .
And my probation period will end at January . What to do what will happen ? What will be the consequences ?
Bro, just quit Infy and look for a new job. Your manager is just playing with you and wasting your time. Don't wait till January, start applying now and get out of there asap.
Yes I am planing that . But what will happen if he will release me in dec 28 before probation period . Will I receive a call from hr and they will tell me to leave or they will understand my situation what will they do ??
