What to do if Team Lead not assigning any work ?

Does it mean that I may be removed from the team.?? It's been around 1 month now without any work ( I am getting this thought because I joined this project as a fresher,and had low knowledge of working in corporate,and I use to ask even small doubts from team lead whenever assigned any work.)
