my serious question about Variable Pay. post my resignation my manager gave me 0 % vp despite working hard in entire year.

It’s a normal you won’t get VP if you are notice period

Yeah my manger also said to me that accenture don't want to spend money on employees who are leaving accenture. I also got only 5%. I asked my manager, performance till August is considered for calculating VP and I have resigned in September. He said even if you had resigned few days before releasing rewards statements, you might have got same 5% VP. This is what told by higher management.

Same happens to everyone. This is the Accenture we are talking about. They will find anything to squeeze out any penny. Currently there are people who have suffered unnecessarily in the name of late laptop return. So better be careful of returning the laptop on date and on time with proper photo proof of what you are returning last day. And that to screen pic of mail that Accenture teams sends on receiving the laptop. Even if the id is disabled keep these things with yourself. The project people are later complaining that people haven't submitted their laptop on time. So keep these proofs handy.

Call directly and ask to release your letter. Do tit for tat. Don't get dominated
