What to do If I had to resign from Tcs because of current bench policy
Hi everyone, I need suggestions about my career. I have been working in Tcs for almost 2 years. Mostly I was a part of a support project. Currently I am on bench and considering tcs new bench policy I want to be prepared if I don't get project in 35 days what should be my next step if I had to resign.
I am utilising my time to upskill and create personal projects for my resume. I am actively applying to companies using Naukri and linkedin. Any suggestions from you guys will help me a lot.
Also I am preparing for some govt exam as a backup.

35 days is the corporate deadline..
It's not a deadline to your peace..
If you can't get a permanent job after exit then temporarily do a contract job. After some time you will get a permanent job.
You are lucky to leave TCS early in your carreer,all happens for good!! I ama stuck for 5yrs and now planning to leave and dont have much to put in Reaume!!!
