Trending @Infosys; What to do if i got UP rating by first manager.
Hi, i joined in feb,2025. I have got up rating from my first manager who i was tagged in during initial feb-june month. I was on central bench in july. I had given interview and was selected for my current project in mid of july. I was on project transition during aug-sep where my VM was setup and initial training was given for my account.I got billable in oct. During checkin period my icount was still pointing to my first manager and i tried changing my manager to my second manager during checkin but i was unable to do so since he did not wanted to review me as he thought he is not the right person. In nov month , my first manager denied that he does not want to review as if am out of the project and am not in that account anymore. So i had asked my unit bphr for asking who will be my manager for evaluation .she told it will be my second PM and he need to take feedback from old and new one. But i was unable to change to it in system since it was locked for changing in my dashboard. I did not bothered with it anymore because i already raised this conern. I did not gauged the severety of the review since i joined in mid of cycle. I got this rating in mid dec. I tried discussing with my collegues but they also told that it doesnt matter since we i am already allocated to billable project and have started working . I was not sure if my current PM will help me or not.so i did not informed her. I know it is a huge mistake on my part. Only few days back when i have to do jan chekin ..my CM saw my rating and informed me its consequences and currently i have excalated to my unit bphr. ….from here what i can do..i am not sure whether i will get my rating changed or what i can do to overcome this. As no feedback was taken from my CM and second manger …can anyone let me know what i can do in this case…?how much time do i have to resolve this issue..and what are the infy timelines for processing all this rating?pls help me..😔. Also i want to know do theh really bother someone who is in project when UP is given by someone under whom i havent worked at all.?
You were billable for only a few months. Both of your managers don't seem to support or agree with you. The best option is to set clear expectations and focus on the current role and project.
No through her only i got to know that it could lead to termination if this is finalised and suggested me to mail hr of my unit. But not sure how much time i have to flight for it.and what i can do which will be helpful
Do they give option to resign or will not while firing..?
I joined in April was on bench and got billable in Dec still got ME thanks to my manager 🫠
