My last day is approaching and I am curious to know what all processes we need to follow to close the notice period without any trouble. Also at what we need to report at the office at the last day.

Yes, GCCs are accepting 90 days NP . First you need to confirm you can join them early and later you can keep on postponing the joining date. At last they will wait for the full 90 days. Meanwhile you can have better job offers as well.
