What to do, any advice

I have my joining date from 6th Jan in a startup and I AM getting a better opportunity for better compensation from a big4, but they said the offer is ready but due to the winter disconnect they might not be able to send before the joining date of the one I AM holding

Ask them in written brother each and everything in written that they will release the offer letter later and do not leave ur startup join there bt delay signing the offer letter or just say i have some medical issue will join after 1 or 2 weeks give them some certificates of health or ill health

I was also in same situation, I asked to hr to give me in written , that I am selected and offer will be released by ____ date, and asked for extend DOJ for existing offer you are holding
