What to do?

I am currently a computer vision Engineer just starting my career at a startup.

I want some guidance

What should I do , should I continue my ML journey by gaining experience working in startups. Or should for now focus on the DSA part and switch into some big tech company or a startup for a SDE role which pays a good amount.

Or if anybody can guide me how can I build my career in machine learning without the masters.
