Trending @Cognizant; What to do?

Hi people,

I just need an help from you all guys. Before that I'll introduce myself, I'm logaram working in cognizant for 2 years and currently in bench with zero knowledge the only work they provide me is monitoring and reporting work so this is my 1st project. The 2nd project kept me for 5 months without even giving me account access they have released me. I'm very confused on what to learn right now please help me with this.
