What to choose - PwC Deals or Standard chartered gbs

Got an offer from both - Associate in pwC deals and Manager cost control and optimisation in Stan C Gbs. Which one to prefer keeping in mind WLB, ease of availing leaves, culture and growth. It would be great if you can give rationale in comments.
