What to choose 40% salary hike or WLB

I received an offer from a startup with 40% hike through a connection . But I am comfortable with the work life balance in my current company and working on a great product. What to choose now ?

At yoe go for hike. Also you dont know if the new company has better or worse WLB. If it doesn't work out, can get another hike on this hike.

Our appraisal circle will start in march and hike will be hardly 25-30%. I talked with my manages and he refused to give any hike.

If you r early in your career, choose hike, work hard, grind and learn. If later in career, having married, family, kids n all, choose WLB. Simple. KISS
