40 ggpa as it's close to your town. You will save a lot of time travelling traffic and terrible work culture. Also financial above 50 you will have to bear another 10% surcharge as tax.

So it will be almost matter of peanuts when it comes down to in hand salary between Ggn and BLR expenses overall.
