Trending @Accenture; What to choose?
Hi, I’m a SAP consultant with 4 YOE. I’m serving my notice period and I’m having 2 offers with me. CG & HCL tech with HCL I have cleared 3 technical rounds (including client round) the project here is an implementation project. But for CG they took only 1 round of technical and after joining I will have to give one more technical round to get into any project.
Talking about numbers CG offered me 11.5 Fixed no VP. HCL has offered me 13.5 CTC(13 LPA fixed) although my ask was 15 LPA fix considering CG’s 11.5 But the HR told me that after joining she will revise the offer to 15 LPA once I join them. She even told me that it will be in written reg my offer revise once I join them.
I’m in a confusion to what to choose. After receiving the offer from HCL should I reverse counter CG? Or should I join HCL. Your suggestions will be helpful for me

Which module?
I think HCL, as there is no guarantee what project you will get in CG. And anyways you are getting more than CG in HCL. Also in 15LPA how much is fixed is also a question (honestly i don’t think they will give more than 14 fixed even if they get ready with 15LPA). So its on you whether u r ready to take extra mental pressure in CG about project or you are okay with little less than expected salary.
Which module in SAP ?
HCL only if it's an implementation project. Otherwise CG
