Trending @Accenture; What things to do put myself in pip

I want to resign as I already got better opportunity but problem is they want to join them with 45 days as I can hear manager put their team members to pip. I mean how I can provoke them to put me in pip I definitely fail in pip and got severnce pay also got early release from project. But yaa I am only a single tester for whole team in client project.
