Till now only Bhubaneswar location available. You can raise through your project manager. That will work

My manager is telling me to apply through the AST portal and that's not working...I am waiting for the portal to open though it has completed 17 months at the current base location.......
Usually after 12 months it should open by Dipa message but on the website it's showing 24months.....
