Completely in sync! The bloated pay packages that were being offered by Product companies have been seized. A realistic fixed number for 7-8 years experience is 30-35.
Market is bad mostly for senior execs. This isn’t happening for mid level and junior level pm roles.
What the range for mid and junior?

Assuming you work at 800m and above company
Junior pms (apms to pm1)- between 20-30lpa
Slightly mid level pms- 40-60 is the running rate
