Are you facing the same issue, some teams sending emails to complete JBC training’s, some ask to get some certifications, and you need to complete regular training’s from ilearn apart from this you again need to work on client projects, complete client training’s, join nonproductive meetings.
This is a big mess, why these people are making up-skilling this much complicated to employees. This puts lot of stress on employees.
I am from a team which sends those training related emails.. We are directed from top leadership to get training completed for talents related to JBC and GenAI.. Also senior leadership wants to attach your appraisal and promotions attached to those trainings
But who is checking the authenticity of these 3rd party websites. I failed the exam because the hacker rank online IDE is not compiling the code and there is no way to check the progress and you need to setup local which is again takes some efforts and moreover the course is outdated and hacker ranks added irrelevant question to ReactJs. And one more problem is, we need to watch entire video tracks provided for Training if you have failed else it won’t mark as completed even though you have cleared the assessment first which is pathetic while your are working.
Yeah, getting such mails. But i try to complete these things as soon as possible else they’ll keep on sending reminders
Did you completed that hackerrank pre assessment? I selected ReactJs and the worst part is the hacker rank online IDE has outdated packages and nothing gets compiled and they included Rust programming questions. I informed these to skill team but not sure if they have updated this or not!
