I'm DSE it's been 4 yrs there is no progression promotion happened i have been asking from 1.5 yr HR is saying billing is low what I can do for that Which is not in my hand even though my DM has given exceptional HR is not accepting and I have my colleagues who got promoted to L1 with exception when asked with DM he is saying it differs from unit to unit how come rules are like this and this time I worked hard for promotion even got outstanding rating and all this hardwork pays me zero pls let me know if anybody knows what I can do here and can I ask for atleast salary revision and yes I'm trying outside as I'm frontend developer not getting calls even after keeping full stack not getting calls
Reason is Simple. They are paying you a lot more than average Joe in infosys. But you are generating the same revenue as average Joe in infosys. So most likely you would causing negative margin (billing less than costs) . It could be due to two reasons either you weren’t able to clear high billing positions and hence landed here or due your management not being able to sell your profile across for higher biking roles. (Not your fault but everything is maths) you need to ask for immediate release form this project for higher bill ability or look outside
Learn salesforce and do 2 certifications then switch?
