Did accenture removing people who are on bench for just two months including training period ?
As a SM, Need to inform you lots of Internal project will be discarded or will be on hold as a result lots of people will be on bench..... That's a reason Accenture is firing people who is on bench from long time or who's role is not in demand,Just to maintain Bench count.
They’re doing this because they plan to give little or no salary hikes this time, just like the past two years when the hikes were also disappointing. Now, they’re putting pressure on employees to justify it.

I have also heard the knowledge and experience of people on bench is so poor at least in SAP space no one is picking resources from bench and are working with existing strength
