Actually layoffs are for managers and skill less management people in 90% of cases. Actually what they are doing is correct by laying off useless and skill less managers they are cleaning the company.
In TCS management people are very old and they won't even leave company and continue their stupidity. Unless these people leave there won't be growth for juniors and mid level associates. Irony is such a big workforce of 7 lakh people and still dint even hear 1 good thing about TCS and their management😂

Nobody knew the word recession before corona. Now every company are using this an excuse for less hike to no hike. I don't understand how come every company says recession and laying off. In this case why prices of everything is getting higher. Standard of living is getting costlier and salary is getting lower. India will collapse if this the case. And this stupid PPL call 5 days a office with giving coins as salary. Road sweepers getting more hikes than us 😂
