What tech stack are you using for production grade MLOps in your team?

I’m currently assigned with task to create the whole cicd pipeline, and architecture for all ML/AI/GenAi models development and deployment for a newly created AI team. So I’m collecting MLOps tech stack used by current ai teams in their production.
