I think if you can't spend 45 minutes at the gym or doing some sort of physical activity, you need to reorder your priorities. Because that's all it takes, along with a good diet, and avg 7 hrs sleep.
People saying no time for healthy activities, is just a poor excuse for bad prioritisation.
