What should you ask in an interview?

Going in an interview after sometime, might be just a catchup kind of a call. What questions should I make sure to ask?

For eg: I want to ask about the culture but just asking what is the culture like is a bit vague

Ask how your day to day looks like? Ask how the manager/senior handles conflict? What tools do they use daily? How is work planned and distributed? How does communication work overall. Do they have daily stand ups or what?

I want to also ask about how much ownership i get..what are the first few months like. Also, I need feedback(brutal honest) so is that something the org does
