What should I expect?

Hi everyone! I am thinking of switching my company, my current CTC is 3.5 with 1 yoe in Power Bi Dev with SQL, Oracle Db. And also know MERN stack as well. I am thinking of switching into a transitional role to Data Analyst/Science ultimately reaching to PM. What should I expect as my asking in interview given my experience?
