What should I do? (visual design generalist)

I was working at a good indian design agency (my first job) recently quit since I felt like I was doing too much for the amount I was getting paid, just about 5LPA. The culture was great and it was remote however it isn't enough money for me to live independently in the tier 1 metro city I am based in.

I have like 10-11 months of experience and I have a 12lpa offer for a wfo role in a super early stage startup which one of my friends(experience designer) quit due to them being micromanagey. Another person who joined them as a content writer quit because of the micromanagement and strict, long work hrs (9 hrd every day at least)

I have about a week and half to look for better places/offers, what should I do?
