Trending @Infosys; What should I do ?No offere in hand . Currently in project,but Manager initiated PIP ,due to NI rating in previous project.

Can I SAY THIS TO NEW PROJECT MANAGER ,to clear this PIP and release me from project,but don't play with someone's career by Telling the HR negative feedback on PIP.

Even I got PIP due to NI rating . They have rather given goals to accomplish which will be reviewed after 60 days.
