Trending @Infosys; What should I do if I get an NI rating as a specialist Programmer

I was in training from oct to jan... Then again they put me in another training from mid Feb till May. During this time my profile was shared with any client. Then my profile was shared with a client and they held me for 1.5 months and didn't onboard me. Finally I got into a project in mid July. So due to all this my % utilization is less. And also I didn't participate in the hackathon. From delivery I got good feedback. What should I do now. Is it compulsory that whoever got the NI rating will go through PIP ?
