Anyone can you suggest me? I got a C band now and last year I got the same band. However last year I did reject and discussed with the manager and accordingly I sent mail. but not changed my band. The manager told me that "I did propose for the B band but the upper management provided the C band. While now I got a 4.1 rating and completed some certificates and courses and delivered all tasks within the time frame and the client is happy. My grade is C3A and working here last 2.5 yrs still not getting any promotion. So please suggest me what should I do?
