Trending @Infosys; What should i do?
Hi, I am at JL4A currently and my manager told me that i will be promoted to JL5B in next quarter. Today, i got a offer from TCS with 30% hike on my current CTC.
What should i do?
Should i join TCS with 30% hike or should i stay in Infosys and take Promotion in next quarter or should i put papers and take both Promotion & retention hike.
Please suggest.
Adding to above .. if you really want to stay in infy ask for onsite opportunity along with Hike 😈
If you look at TCS opportunity, possibility of yearly Hike every year, cross check with hiring HR unlike Infosys you will get next hike after 2/ 3years .
Explore all possibilities unlike Managers giving opportunities when you decided to leave .
Own your terms rather manger driving the seat .. It’s up to you .😊 Also you can check for counter offers on TCS while serving notice period 🙃
Is it true that tcs won't give hikes after first year if you join as a lateral
Tcs started wfo only so better to wait here, 30% might be spent in transportation etc
When did u gave tcs interview and how long it took for u to get an HR round ?
Have u given TR and MR round on same day ?
If 30% is on fixed then take the tcs offer, in infosys 17.5 %will be distributed in fix and variable and it will be ~12 on fix...
If you are getting promotion, system will not allow your mgr to give you any other hike in short span. You should take TCS offer but confirm with them that you will get yearly hike or not. It should not happen that based on your joining date you are not eligible for next year hike in TCS
