Trending @Wipro; What should I do?

Last year i was working in a project where I didn’t like the manager and project culture. When I asked for release they released me but gave me 2 rating later. And pip auto initiated. But in next project my performance was good and i did a certification. Pip was closed after manager remarks. Still continuing with Wipro.

What I am trying to say is it depends. If your manager is trying to improve performance then good. You stay and put effort. Otherwise immediately start looking outside.
