What should I do?

I am working with Oracle from last 2 years on IC3 position with no hike. Recently, I received an offer from another product based company with 50% hike. But now My team is planning to retain me with same offer and IC4 promotion.

What should I do? Should I stay or resign ?

Stay and continue looking. Use the revised new comp to negotiate elsewhere. That's the way.

it depends on do you like the current job and oracle culture? If yes, stay If no, then think can the other company provide better work culture or whatever you need (wlb, impactful work) If yes and pretty sure, switch If no, stay and continue looking out for better offer
