What should I do?
I am afraid of leaving tcs, not sure why may be I attached too much. I am introvert Even i got another offer but I am unable to courage to put resign. They have offered short term onsite but now I am not confident how i will manage there

Same thing happened with many of the tcsers as they don't want to loose their comfort zone. Tcs is like slow poison, ye jine bhi nahi deta, aur marne bhi nahi deta
Bro ye 2 months ka onsite ladoo bahut logo ko Mila and short term onsite is of no use at all atleast 1 year toh chahiye. And if you get comfortable from now on than it's difficult for you to grow in career isliye best hai himmat jutao and tcs se jaao. Good luck
Resign. If you hesitate to leave at 3 years, you will get more comfortable in the future. It will only be harder to leave than now.
