What should I choose?

One started in 2016, 30LPA + Performance Bonus, 2 Days WFO hybrid, multinational presence
Other started in 2022, 33LPA + ESOPs, 5 days WFO, flexible timings.

YOE and Tech Stack?
4 YOE.
Tech Stack: Typescript, Golang
2 days WFO can covert to 5 days and then you will regret your decision
Consider what stage of business/ funding are they now .
What is their runway, how long they will be able to sustain with the current round of funding.
Is the business has really got the PMF or near that or they are running around without any idea.
Try to understand the work culture( both may be of the same level I feel , if it is VC funded)
The first one is series A funded in 2023 and they have good reviews on Glassdoor.
The second one has raised about 100-200k seed funding via YC in 2022. They have a very small team so there are no reviews.
Both I think are culturally good. Both are making money. From my perspective, the second one has sustained till 2025 and if others are also being offered the same salary as mine in the team then they must really be sustainable.
The first one is planning to raise another round by next year.
ESOP is all paper money unless going public(might be a very long time).
Always compare post tax salary, very less difference if you can get performance bonus.
5 days wfo will be a hassle for longer times unless you stay pretty closeby( which further increases rental costs)
Chose the one with better wlb.
I am from Navi Mumbai. Both are Mumbai based. 33L is easy to commute by train and 30L is easy to commute by road.
Both are at same distance from my home and will take same time to commute.
The founder of 33L is flexible with timings. All he wants is everyone in the office between 11am and 4pm.
I am trying if the Hybrid one could match the offer. If they do, the decision will be much easier.
