What should I ask for a Devops Consultant salary?

I am in Accenture and currently will be negotiating for salary as a Devops Consultant in Deloitte. My current CTC with 4 years of work ex is 8.5 LPA (WFH). What should I ask for a hike? I heard they do provide 16+ LPA if negotiated correctly. Can I do the same, given my current salary is low and that will be nearly 100% hike? This is for the Deloitte Pune office.

FYI, 16+ LPA cause in WFH it was all savings and 16+ LPA would nearly give me the same savings with 30-35k monthly expense .
