What should be the Salary of 11 yoe for Java Backend Developer ?
My CTC is 23.2 lpa in MNC . I have total of 11yoe in IT with major tech stacks include Java, Spring boot and Microservices and other minor tech stacks like Oracle SQL,GCP etc. Is it overpaid,underpaid or rightly paid ?
