What should be the next move.

Guys, I'm at a crossroads and would want to know what should be my next move.

I have 15 yrs of experience in sales spanning from biotech, hr tech to fintech. (Last stint with fintech)

After working for 15 yrs and doing sales now I'm at a juncture where I don't enjoy it anymore and have started to feel bored with repeatedly doing the same thing of calling, meeting, pitching and closing.

Unfortunately, now a days lot of cos operate at IC roles even at a designation of AD or Director. There is no true senior level work or experience.

Wanted to know what are my options and where can I diversify myself. And if there is real option available to diversify and will my experience be consider for the new role.
