How much of a hike can I expect/ask during switch
Currently working on the RPA domain. Experience is 7+ Current CTC is 18.5 (fixed pay).
How much is a hike good enough to switch to another company?
I've 1 YOE, my current in hand is 8.3 LPA with a permanent remote option. What should be a minimum increment below which I should not even consider that option. I'm assuming whatever offers I'll get they are going to onsite and mostly in BLR/NCR . On a CTC of 12 LPA I don't think it will improve my savings considering the cost of living in metro cities and since I live with my parents so current cost is almost zero. In terms of work life balance and culture I'm happy with my current company.

Considering taxes in hand, the difference would be 40-45k at 25 LPA and then monthly expense of 35-40k in Bangalore, so isn't 18 LPA better with WFH in tier2 city only from money POV , just a thought not any job offer decision to take.
My package right now is 8.2LPA(7.73 fixed +20k insurance rest variable) .Another Mnc is offering me 9.6 (fixed )+insurance benefits ,Is it advisable to accept
I am hearing that some companies are laying off again? So is this a good time to switch or just stay wherever I am. That being said, I am not happy with my CTC and looking for a hike. And my current CTC is ~26 so how much hike can I expe...
